Use this if anything is time-sensitive — a court date in the next few days, a recent arrest, or evidence you think may be about to disappear. A form reply is not fast enough for those.
Confidential intake
The intake form is the best way to give us a complete picture, because it asks the things that are easy to forget to mention.
